Ham and Peas

And so I made ham and peas for dinner! Cook a cup of rice and add chopped ham and frozen peas, grate 3 cloves of garlic in toward the end of cooking, and mix in half a block of cream cheese with a little milk till it is saucy! Stir in a cup of parm and this is totally fancy like Alfredo! Always salt and pepper. Viola!
