Leftovers Omelet

This time it's dinner for breakfast! Take whatever you ate last night, reheat it a little bit, and put it in an omelet! Tacos? Chicken Alfredo? Spaghetti? In an omelet? YES! Last night we had shredded Italian beef sandwiches! So this morning it was an omelet filled with beef, gardiniera, and shredded cheddar! 😱 I use the terms "omelet" and "filled" loosely, as you can see I just put my leftovers on top of my eggs this morning 😆 I'm no good at omelet flipping, I call this the farm-style omelet!
