Stir Fry

Veggie hack! You don't have to stir fry your stir fry! I roast all my veggies in the oven with oil and salt while I'm boiling my rice and cooking my meat! At the end, just mix all your components in a big bowl with your favorite stir fry sauce, and YUM!
