Bacon Fried Bananas

If you think this sounds like it was made up by a 9 year old kid, you're right 😆

First you start cooking some bacon, as much as you can possibly fit in your pan at once. While it's sizzling, mix a little flour, sugar and cinnamon. Maybe 2tbsp flour, 1tbsp sugar, and enough cinnamon to make it all look brownish. Cut a banana in big slices, like 3/4" and coat your banana chunks in the magic powder.

When your bacon is all cooked and your pan is empty except for a bunch of bacon grease, put in your bananas! Cut side down, cook till caramelized, flip to the other cut side and do the same thing! Eat these with French toast and bacon! These are the most banana flavored bananas you'll ever taste! 🥓 🍌
