Egg Mess

Happy Father's Day Brunch! Show me a dad who doesn't want 4 meals in a day!

I'm using leek and spinach from yesterday!! Sautee them up with butter and garlic and summer sausage, mix into some whisked up eggs, make a huge mess with a cupcake pan, and voila! I also put barley in there cuz this is actually going to be breakfast and there will be no brunch so this meal has to last us till lunch !
